Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: chia seeds, coconut milk, fresh berries, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine chia seeds and coconut milk. Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Gently fold in your choice of fresh berries and sprinkle in your sweetener. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to a jar with a lid. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • After chilling, stir the pudding well before serving. Serve in bowls or jars and top with extra berries, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.
