Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 small Red Onion Finely chopped.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits Cooked and crumbled.
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds For added crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries To introduce a hint of sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Or Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar To balance the flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For a touch of sweetness.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the fresh broccoli under cold water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the dressing over the chopped broccoli. Add red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Gently toss until well coated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Give the salad a quick stir before serving to redistribute the dressing.
