Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Ideal for even cooking and sauce absorption.
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Adds creaminess and flavor.
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth Helps create a rich sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the sauce.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Basic seasonings to balance flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • to taste Fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine ranch dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Pour the creamy ranch sauce into the skillet and let it simmer for a minute.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve the Creamy Ranch Chicken hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
