Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Beef chuck or sirloin Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1.5 pounds Baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes Halved.
  • 4-6 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Cut into small pieces.
  • 1 cup Beef broth or stock Adds moisture and enhances flavor.

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Pepper Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Herbs (like thyme or rosemary) Optional, for added flavor.

Optional Vegetables

  • 1 cup Carrots Chopped, optional.
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Halve the baby potatoes or cut Yukon Gold potatoes into chunks. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • In the slow cooker, layer the seasoned beef at the bottom, followed by the seasoned potatoes.
  • Add minced garlic and pour in the beef broth. Scatter the butter pieces on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
  • Once cooked, let the dish rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish is versatile; feel free to add other vegetables or adjust seasonings to your taste.
