Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast Cut into strips.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for rich flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter For the garlic butter sauce.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell peppers Sliced (any color).
  • 1 cup Zucchini Sliced.
  • 1 cup Spinach or lettuce For freshness.

Wraps

  • 4 large Tortillas or wraps Whole wheat, spinach, or regular.

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • optional Red pepper flakes For a spicy kick.

Optional Toppings

  • to taste Shredded cheese Like cheddar or mozzarella.
  • to taste Avocado slices For added creaminess.
  • to taste Fresh herbs Like cilantro or parsley.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting it into thin strips and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and allow it to melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Add spinach or lettuce and stir for another minute until wilted.
  • Assemble the wraps by placing a generous amount of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add optional toppings if desired.
  • Grill the wraps in a preheated grill pan or skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes
