Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon) Choose a tender cut for best results.
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Softened for mixing.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For searing the steak.

  • to taste Black pepper Enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Choose a tender cut of steak like sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon. Look for marbling for added flavor.
  • Mince fresh garlic cloves and mix with softened unsalted butter in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and chopped herbs if desired.
  • Trim excess fat from the steak and cut it into 1-inch bite-sized pieces, cutting against the grain for tenderness.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the steak pieces in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the garlic butter to the skillet. Stir gently to coat the steak bites evenly and cook for an additional minute.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
