Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Ripe tomatoes Chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Cucumbers Sliced into half-moons or rounds.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Mixed colors, sliced into strips or cubes.
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Thinly sliced.

Feta Cheese

  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble or cube for topping.

Olives

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives Pitted and halved.

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil For dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano For flavoring the dressing.
  • to taste Salt Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, feta cheese, olives, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Wash and chop the vegetables into uniform pieces: tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano to create the dressing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and pour the dressing over them. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
  • Add the feta cheese and olives to the salad, and toss gently again to combine without breaking the feta too much.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
