Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble for a creamy texture.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves Chopped for a refreshing flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves Chopped to enhance taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil High-quality for richness.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the watermelon thoroughly, then cut it in half and slice each half into quarters. Cut the quarters into bite-sized cubes.
  • Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces using your fingers or a fork.
  • Chop the fresh mint and basil leaves using the chiffonade technique.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon cubes, crumbled feta, chopped mint, and basil. Gently toss together.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve, adding dressing just before serving.
